Refunds & cancellations

• All prices are one-time payments in Indian Rupees and include GST. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Reports are delivered instantly after payment, so a report that has been unlocked cannot be refunded. If a report is incomplete or wrong because of a technical problem, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
• NOVA mock interviews: if you cancel before your booked time, or you miss it, your interview credit comes back automatically and you can book again. Unused interview credits do not expire for 6 months.
• If an interview fails because of a problem on our side, we give the credit back or refund the payment, as you prefer.
• If you were charged but did not receive your credits, contact us with your receipt number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• To ask for a refund, email contact@nexvoria.tech within 7 days of the payment.
