Privacy & your data

NOVA Career Coach is a service of NEXVORIA™ Technologies Private Limited, 427-428, 4th Floor, Tower B3, Spaze iTech Park, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018.

What we collect

• Your email, name and the profile details you enter.
• The CVs you upload and the job descriptions you paste.
• The text transcript of your mock interviews, and the reports made from them.

How it is used

• Only to give you the CV reports, job matches, mock interviews and feedback you ask for.
• Your CV, job descriptions and transcripts are processed by our AI providers (Anthropic for analysis, OmniDimension for the voice interview) only to produce your results.
• We do not sell your data and do not share it with employers. NOVA Career Coach is separate from NEXVORIA's own hiring.

How long we keep it

• CVs, job descriptions, interview transcripts and reports are deleted automatically 6 months after they are added.
• You can delete a single CV or your whole account and all data at any time from your Profile.

The voice interview

NOVA is an AI interviewer. Before each interview you are told this and asked for consent. Your voice is converted to text by our voice provider during the call; we keep the text transcript, not an audio recording.
